Education Qualification:

1. 1.  A pass or equivalent examination in the 10th standard, but the candidate should not have passed the 10+ 2 exams or its equivalent.
   2. Expertise in the official language of the territory of the State / Union (candidates should be able to read/write and speak the official language of the State / UnionTerritory) for which a candidate wishes to apply.
   3. His character should be ‘EXEMPLARY’ at the time of valid discharge from Armed Forces.
