ITI Assam Online Form: Admission into Govt. ITI’s of Assam For the session July 2019
Online application for admission into the Govt. ITI’s of Assam for NCVT/ COE Trades, SCVT Trades, SCVT under IMC (SCVT Trades run by IMC in same ITI’s on payment of higher fees by candidates) under craftsman Training scheme for the session commencing from July 2019 are invited from intending candidate and who are permanent residents of Assam.
The passed out candidates for NCVT Trades will be issued NCVT Certificates and from SCVT trades will be issued SCVT Certificates.
Age: The Age of candidates for admission must not be below 14 years as on 1st July 2019.

Guideline For Filling Choices By The Candidates:
1. Candidates are advised to fill as many choices carefully as desired from the
the available list of choices.
2. The list of choices of courses will be available to candidates as per his entry
qualification and as per eligibility. (For example, if the candidate has not passed
the HSLC exam with Science or Mathematics, those post-matric courses for which
Science, Mathematics are compulsory will not be available to the candidate.
Similarly for HSLC pass entry qualification, if the candidate has not passed the
HSLC exam with Mathematics & English then those courses will not be available
to the candidate & for under matric trades if he did not pass the entry
qualification examination with English & Mathematics then those courses will
not be available to the candidate).
3. The list of courses will be available separately for NCVT, SCVT, and SCVT under IMC
courses (on payment of higher course fee).
For SCVT under IMC courses (on payment of higher course fee), the candidates of
the respective district may opt for admission in respective ITI of their district, where such courses exist.
4. Choices can be filled after the confirmation of registration details by the Govt.

5. There are two boxes available at the “Fill choices” option:-
Left box indicates the total available choices as per the candidate’s eligibility.
Right box indicates the choices filled by the candidate.
6. Available choices can be sorted course wise & institution wise any time during the choice filling.
7. The system has a facility to add Single choice at a time.
8. A single choice can be filled by first selecting a choice from Left box & then pressing
the <ADD> button available in the Left box. The choice will be added to Right box
after pressing the<ADD> button.
9. The system has the facility to move the choices by selecting the <Move choice> option
from the combo box available under label Edit your filled choices.
10. The system has the facility to Swap Choice by selecting the <Swap Choice> option from
the combo box available under label Edit your filled Choices.
11. After completing the choice filling, it is important to save the choices. If not
saved all the choices will be deleted.
12. Candidate can adopt any of the following approaches for saving choices:
a) Press <Save Choice> button. The choices filled by the candidate will be
saved & the candidate is allowed to add more choices.
b) Press <Save & Exit> button. The choices filled by the candidate will be
saved & the system will exit from the choice filling option.

3.Rank Generation of candidates & viewing Rank by candidates on their page of Registration details: 24th June 2019
4. Filling choices by the candidates after verification of particulars by the Govt. ITI for 1st e-counselling: 25th June 2019 to 28th June 2019
5.Allotment of seats: 04th July 2019.
6. Printing of allotment letter by candidates and Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 05th July 2019 to 06th July 2019 & 08th July 19
7. Filling choices by the candidates whose particulars
are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 2nd e-counselling: 09th July 2019 to 11th July 2019
8. Allotment of seats: 16th July 2019
9. Printing of allotment letter by candidates Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 17th July 2019 to 19th July 2019
10. Filling choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 3rd e-counselling: 20th July 2019 to 22nd July 2019
11. Allotment of seats: 25th July 2019
12. Printing of allotment letter by candidates and Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 26th July 2019 & 29th July 2019
13. Filling choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 4th counselling: 30th July 2019 to 01st August 2019.
14. Allotment of seats: 05th August 2019
15. Printing of allotment letter by candidates Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 06th August 2019 & 08th August 2019
16. Filling choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 5th counselling: 09th August 2019 to 13th August 2019
17. Allotment of seats: 19th August 2019

How to Apply for ITI Assam: (ITI Assam Online Form)
To Participate in e-Counselling the candidate shall fill all his particulars on the counselling website www.itiassam.nic.in.
The date of online Registration is w.e.f. 30th May 2019 to 5 PM on 14th June 2019. Candidate must get their registration confirmed by getting their documentation at the time of reporting for their documents verification, at their nearest Govt. ITI.
Candidate should note that after successful verification, they may fill their choices of trades and ITI’s according to their preference, to enable then to participate in the allotment process.
Allotted candidates should take admission in their allotment seats otherwise their candidate will be treated as a cancelled.
The candidates are requested to check News and events in the admission portal for any updates.
