Hello readers, the applications are invited for filling up the posts in the Head Office and different Districts in Assam. These applications are from the citizens of India as it’s defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution in the prescribed manner of application available in Part IX of the Assam Gazette. Candidates applying for the job must be registered in Employment Exchange in the State of Assam.

1.Name of the Post: Assistant Fund Control Officer
No. of Post: 13 posts
Educational qualifications required:
Graduate in any stream with 50% Marks in aggregate.
Pay structure:
Pay band = PB-3 Rs.22000 to 87000 + Grade pay Rs. 9700/- plus other allowances.
2.Name of the post: Junior Assistant
No. of the post: 20 posts
Educational qualifications required:
Graduate in any stream with Diploma/ Certificate in computer Skills with MS Office and knowledge in computer typing in the Assamese language.
Pay structure: Pay band = PB-2 Rs. 14,000 to 49,000 + Grade pay Rs. 6,200/- plus other allowances.
Reservation:
Reservation will be done as per the Govt. rules and Board ofTrustees’ norms.
The candidates applying for the post should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on 01-01-2019. This age limit is relaxable as follows:
- 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates i.e. up to 43 years
- 3 years relaxation for OBC/ MOBC candidates i.e up to 41 years
- 10 years relaxation for PWD (Person with disability) irrespective of general category and SC/ST/OBC of candidates.
On the basis of HSLC Admit, card/ Matriculation/ certificate issued by the recognized Board/ Council, the age of the candidates will be calculated and in lieu of these mentioned documents, no other document shall be accepted.
Selection Procedure:
- Assistant Fund Control Officer:
Screening test: 150 marks
Written test + Viva voce: 200 marks + 50 marks
Stage 1: Screening test: MCQ (150 marks)
Stage 2: Written test: Descriptive type (200 marks)
Subjects included in these tests are:
- General studies include current affairs, national and international
- General English
- Arithmetic
Stage 3: Viva voce (50 marks)
The combined marks secured by the candidate in all the three stages will determine his/her selection for the post of Assistant Fund Control Officer.
- Junior Assistant:
Stage 1: Written test (150 marks) MCQ (100 marks) + Descriptive type (50 marks)
Subjects included in these tests are:
- General studies include current affairs, national and international
- General English
- Arithmetic
Stage 2: Computer test (20 marks) + Viva Voce (40 marks) = 60 marks
The combined marks secured by the candidate in all the three stages will determine his/her selection for the post of Junior Assistant.
Essential criteria:
Candidates must get registered with Employment exchange in the State of Assam.

How to apply:
- Candidates need to apply separately for each post. The eligible candidates should enfold the following things along with the filed application in the Standard form.
(Attach self-attested copies of certificates)
- Three duly signed copies of recent passport size photo (paste one and staple two)
- Certificate in support of age.
- Passed mark sheet and certificate of Degree.
- Certificate of knowledge of computer typing for the post of Junior Assistant.
- Caste certificate if any.
- Bank draft is drawn on SBI bank and payable at Dispur which favoring Secretary-Cum-P.F. Commissioner, Board of Trustees. It should be of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 200/- for ST/SC) for the post of AFCO. And for the post of Junior Assistant, it should be of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 100/- for ST/SC). The application fee is nil for the PWD.
- A self-addressed envelope (size 10”x 4”) pasted with postal stamp of Rs. 5/-
- Employment exchange registration number.
